After confirmation of payment we will normally dispatch your item within 24 hours. All UK orders will be sent by first class recorded mail. For in stock local items, our turnaround is 5 to 7 days a next day delivery is avaliable upon request. For international orders, you should expect delivery within 7 - 10 days but again this can be 1-3 days upon request. For custom orders, you should expect to receive your products between 6 and 8 weeks. Orders are placed with in 24 hours of the deposit being recieved.

International orders are shipped using an international courier. We will send you your shipping/tracking number when you item is shipped.

There are sometimes delays experienced because of public holiday which we apologise for. Delays can also be a result of bank holidays, national holidays and other circumstances which are out of our control, and we cannot take responsibility for these delays.
