4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
- If you wish to cancel your order:
- you can notify us by email to info@lphair.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
- where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
- You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a credit note for use at www.lphair.com. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
- Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full exchange credit as required.
- The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been used to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you
It is essential that you inform us within 48 hours that you wish to return your unit.
The unit has to arrive back to us in its original packaging and condition. There can be no exceptions to this.
If the unit has been worn, altered, cut, coloured or changed in any way from its original condition it cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for late deliveries.
At no time will we offer a cash refund we only offer credit notes redeemable against items in our store
If the above points have not been met we reserve the right to return your original unit to you at your cost.
In an exceptional circumstance where we do decide to offer a refund, we will do so minus the costs we have incurred processing the order. This cost is at our discretion.
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
